Henley-on-Thames is a town and civil parish on the River Thames in the English county of Oxfordshire. It is situated about 7 miles (11 km) northeast of Reading and 7 miles west of Maidenhead. One of its limits has the tripoint of Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire. It encompasses an area of around 2.15 square miles. In accordance with the 2011 Census, the town has a permanent population of around 11619 people.
