You'll likely still need to submit plans detailing the change of use of the garage to your local authority. If planning permission is considered from the start of the project, it is far less likely that there will be any trouble further down the road. Nearly all planning permission applications in England are approved.

Newmarket

Newmarket is a market town in the English county of Suffolk. It is situated around 65 miles north of London. According to the 2011 Census, it has a population of around 20384. The town is most widely identified as being the birthplace and worldwide centre of pure-blooded horse racing and as a potential World Heritage Site. Featured in the town is a prominent local business cluster, with annual investment in intense competition with that of the Cambridge Science Park. As a result of its significance in the town for so long, a number of Britain's sporting painters have been brought in to the town. This started as early as the 18th century when the creators of the sporting school painted a lot of scenes of the racehorses and its environment.
