Garve
Garve is a town on the Black Water river, in Ross-shire, and remains in the Highland Council location of Scotland. It is positioned 5 miles (8 km) northwest of Contin, on the A835, the main road to Ullapool on the west shore, near to where the A832 branches off in the direction of Achnasheen. The town is offered by the Garve train station, on the Kyle of Lochalsh Line, which crosses the A835 road on a level crossing.
