Ardgay
Ardgay is a small Scottish town on the south west coast of the Dornoch Firth, Sutherland and is 1 mile southern from Bonar Bridge as well as lies at the entrance to Strathcarron, the valley of the River Carron and is at the mouth of the Kyle of Sutherland. In the Highland Council location, Ardgay is in Ward 1, the North, West and Central Sutherland ward. The Ardgay & District Community Council serves the location. Ardgay is additionally the postal community for the area covered by IV24, also although Bonar Bridge is a larger settlement and also offers a post office for the town. Ardgay is served by Ardgay railway terminal. [4] The hamlet of Kincardine exists less than 1 mile south east along the A836 shore roadway. National Cycle Course 1 passes through Ardgay.
