Advice on either rear patio
Wooden decking is an increasingly common option for providing outdoor seating areas in gardens. Because of the natural beauty of wood, they can be very beautiful areas which can be used year round with the help of outside heating and light. Wooden decking is frequently installed in locations in front of patio or French doors where they can create a smooth transition between interior and exterior spaces. Wooden decking can come in any size or shape to fit any area. Curved designs or large areas connected by pathways can produce a striking effect. Wooden decking is fairly simple to install and causes minimal disruption, especially in comparison to alternatives like patio or paving. It could even be installed over the top of an existing patio. It is critical however to be sure that your wooden decking is structurally sound and able to take the load of any furniture or plants that you would like to use on the decking. There is a range of species of wood that can be used in wooden decking. Normally decking is made of hardwood, but there are softwoods available that fulfil the durability specifications. As hardwood decking will require maintenance, which generally involves yearly cleaning and staining for weather proofing, composite woods have become popular for use in wooden decking as they are stronger and require far less maintenance.
The typical cost of Wooden decking is £1500. Costs can change based upon the materials and the firm hired. The upper price range can be as high as £1725. The material costs are commonly approximately £375

Pwllheli is an area and the major market town of the Llyn Peninsula (Welsh: Penrhyn Llyn) in Gwynedd, north-western Wales. It had a population of 4,076 in 2011 of whom a big percentage, 81%, are Welsh talking. Pwllheli is the location where Plaid Cymru was founded. It is the birthplace of the Welsh poet Sir Albert Evans-Jones (bardic name Cynan). Pwllheli has a series of shops as well as various other solutions. As a regional railhead with a market every Wednesday, the town is a gathering point for the population of the whole peninsula. For many years a holiday camp run by Butlins ran a couple of miles from Pwllheli at Pen-y-chain. During the Second World War it came to be a marine camp, HMS Glendower, as well as it ran a healthcare facility for wounded servicemen at Brynberyl on the Pwllheli to Caernarfon roadway 2 miles out of town. After the war, Butlins re-established the holiday camp. The camp, currently relabelled Hafan y Môr ("Haven of the Sea"), has been redeveloped as well as is currently run by the Haven team.

Yes, although you should make sure that the terrace or decking is able to support the weight of a hot tub. Usually, you will need to have a structural survey carried out on the area. Seek the advise of a hot tub retailer or installer about the logistics of installing one at your property.
If your deck isn’t going to be flat to the ground, it’s a good idea to have some kind of balustrade to avoid any tripping. If the gap between the deck and the ground is less than 600mm, use a 900mm balustrade. If it’s higher than 600mm, the balustrade should be 1100mm tall.
