Greenhithe
Greenhithe (population 4,700) is a village in the Borough of Dartford in Kent, England. It lies east of Dartford, in the civil parish of Swanscombe and also Greenhithe. Greenhithe's economic situation no more relies on river profession, this having been replaced by the M25 motorway, the brand-new High Speed 1 Ebbsfleet International station and also the Bluewater complicated. The whole area is being redeveloped as part of the Thames Gateway regeneration. Its advocate councils and also government sponsors hence aim to bring in more affluence as well as revenue generation, especially with the interaction with the substantial shopping center. This is shown in enhanced residential or commercial property assessments, as well as somewhat higher spending than in 20th century overspill estates which had a tendency to line the tidewater. Its high street is much less significant a location than Bluewater, which is supplemented by a grocery store in the town. Greenhithe train station apart, there is little in the area apart from real estate. The Thames Gateway project has seen expansion of household neighbourhoods of the town such as Ingress Park and Waterstone Park, in addition to of commercial and organisation estates that nearly completely surround the former large community.
