Greenhithe
Greenhithe (population 4,700) is a town in the District of Dartford in Kent, England. It is located east of Dartford, in the civil parish of Swanscombe and also Greenhithe. Greenhithe's economy no longer depends on river profession, this having been replaced by the M25 motorway, the new High Speed 1 Ebbsfleet International station and also the Bluewater complicated. The entire area is being redeveloped as part of the Thames Gateway regrowth. Its proponent councils as well as government sponsors therefore aim to attract more wealth and revenue generation, particularly with the communication with the substantial mall. This is shown in boosted residential property evaluations, and slightly greater spending than in 20th century overspill estates which tended to line the estuary. Its high street is much less substantial a location than Bluewater, which is supplemented by a grocery store in the town. Greenhithe train station apart, there is little in the location in addition to housing. The Thames Gateway project has actually seen development of residential areas of the town such as Ingress Park and Waterstone Park, as well as of commercial and service estates that virtually entirely border the previous big district.
