Llanon
Llanon is a town in Ceredigion, Wales. It joins the town of Llansantffraid on the coastline of Cardigan Bay, 5 mi (8.0 kilometres) north of Aberaeron and 11 miles (18 km) south of Aberystwyth on the A487 roadway. It is positioned on an elevated coastline. The town is called after the church of Saint Non (llan-Non), the mommy of Saint David. By tradition, St David was raised in Llanon. The electoral ward that includes Llansantffraid had a population of 2,386 in 2011.
