Delabole
Delabole is a huge village in north Cornwall, England, UK. It is positioned roughly 2 miles (3 km) west of Camelford. It remains in the civil church of St Teath. The town of Delabole began in the early 20th-century; it is called after the Delabole Quarry. Three districts: Pengelly, Meadrose (noticable "médroze") and Rockhead, as well as the district of Delabole southern of the quarry are revealed on the earliest one-inch Ordnance Survey map of 1813. When the train got here, the station was named Delabole after the quarry, and also the 3 districts were absorbed into Delabole. It is claimed to be the third highest village in Cornwall. Treligga armed forces landing strip as well as HMS Vulture II, an airborne bombing as well as gunnery variety, were positioned west of the town. Delabole exists within the Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).
