Kinross
Kinross is a burgh in Perth and Kinross, Scotland, situated around 13 miles (21 kilometres) south of Perth as well as around 20 miles (32 kilometres) north-west of Edinburgh. It is the standard county town of the historical county of Kinross-shire. The burgh is located on the coasts of Loch Leven. There are boat trips around the loch and to Loch Leven Castle where Mary, Queen of Scots was held prisoner in 1567. Approximately 2014 the annual T in the Park songs event. which was formally changed by TRNSMT celebration in Glasgow Green, was held close by, at the former Balado landing field. Balado is also the locale of a now inactive NATO ICBM very early caution radar and also throughout the Second World War there was an airstrip and also barracks.
