uk fascia's were very quick to answer my advert for the job, polite and friendly. we had a bit of a misunderstanding as far as the work involved, but in the end we got it sorted between us. All I can say is make sure you all understand what is being asked for/being provided. Would I have them again ........... no I don't think so.
What was the point having a quick quote when they can’t do the work because we lived on iow

William of UK Fascias Ltd was quick to respond, did a home visit and started the job quickly. He worked extremely hard each day doing a full day despite the travelling distance he had. William fitted new soffits and Fascias, cleaned and repointed our roof and treated it with moss deterrent. He cleaned the site on completion and removed all rubbish. We are very pleased with the work.

Unfortunately we decided not to go with UK Fascias as they were just too expensive but they were incredibly polite, helpful and efficient on the phone so they are obviously a really good company.

Quality of work will only be tested when there is a heavy downpour of rain. The company are clearly very knowledgeable about all matters relating to guttering and roofing and explained what they proposed to do and why extremely well. However in the course of repairing the gutter it was discovered that a 2 to 3 foot section of roof tile sheeting (roofing for a residential park hone) was not affixed. This required no more than 6 screws and some silicone to make good and took around 5 minutes to do. This extra work came at a cost of £115 . Whilst accepting that neither my husband or I could do the repair I consider that £115 was an exorbitant charge for the work undertaken. Clearly the repair had to be done to protect the integrity of the home but we were left with the feeling that the company were also well aware of this and had perhaps taken advantage of this fact and/or seen an opportunity to make a very quick and easy buck. Overall the £85 for the gutter repair will have been well worth it (providing it no longer leaks) but as regards the extra work we were well and truly done. For this reason we would not consider using this company again and would not recommend to others.
I never wanted flat roof repairs. Just fed up that could not cancel request for a DOMESTIC APPLIANCE TECHNICIAN because of lack of response.

From email enquiry to them phoning my mother about her roofing issue was minutes. Even though she doesn’t need them just yet, she felt very reassured and has kept their details especially as she could have roofing issues out of hours.
