I got in contact with the owner of J W Roofing Thursday afternoon and he came round Friday afternoon. After inspecting what I needed doing and the problems this was causing me he said he would work on a quote that afternoon and email me the following morning. I found the guy very helpful and knowledgeable about the product I am having installed. Great service even though it was just the initial contact.

Great initial consultation. efficient, professional and friendly. We decided on JW Roofing and have not been disappointed. The team have done a brilliant job, neat, tidy, explained every step. Really delighted with the end result and would definitely recommend them
Was nice and prompt, quick to recognize what was required. Not over pushy, a very nice company to deal with. The quote was competitive and the job could be done with in a time scale required. All in all was left with a good feeling about this company. Would have however been nice to have a written quote detailing the work layout along side the price quotation, instead of a business card, with just the quotation price.
Very competative price, very friendly and reliable people, excellent work followed by comprehensive clean up. Totally happy with this whole experience ! Thank you.

Mr Williams seems to have completed the job satisfactory. I did e mail him to send the guarantee he states he gives his customers but he hasn't responded. I also asked him to confirm receipt of the payment for the job but again he has made no contact. On this basis I would not recommend him to anyone else.
