Friendly staff. Great sub contractors. Pleasant experience from start to finish. Very happy with my panels and batteries. Particular call out for Liam the sales person. We had numerous conversations whilst I was working out what my best setup would be. I simply didn’t feel the need to shop around and when talking to others it turns out it was a good price after all.

Their communication was absolutely diabolical, the salesmen / system designers are not very knowledgeable, their scheduling is all over the place and there seems to be no single project manager. I stated my requirements right at the start but as equipment availability issues caused delays, they started providing revised builds with equipment that was not compatible with my requirements. I'm sure that I could have had a more efficient system from the same equipment if they had actually come and done a site survey. The guy sorting out the G99 DNO application was really good, he got a lot of answers for me where other people in the company had failed, and the sub-contractor installers were brilliant.

Satisfactory initial phone call. But after giving my email address and receiving a promise to be sent further information I have, a week later, not heard anything. And Quotatis don't offer a ready way for me to reactivate the contact.
So far so good. I've submitted endless photos to their app and still more are being requested. I would have preferred one request with all of images and bills required rather than further requests. Other than that happy so far - but it is early days at this stage
Liars and con men. Strictly advised that the job must be completed this week 31st March 2023; I do not have any hot water. It was agreed in writing that it would be done. I paid half of the cost upfront and then received an email saying would not be completed until 14th April 2023 so I stated that I did not want to use them. They then both verbally and by email confirmed that the job would be completed on 31st March 2023. The day before delivery of the boiler they have sent a reschedule back to 14th April this year. I have emailed, sent a cancellation form, and telephoned, but they have not responded and do not answer the phone. They clearly stated the remaining fees would not be taken from my credit card until the job was completed and are now saying it will be taken on the morning of the intended start date and then if there is a problem I can call them. I have contacted Trading Standards and my credit card company. Disgraceful.

They are good at calling you until they secure a sale, then it all goes downhill. If you phone for updates you can be waiting on the phone for over 20 minutes and each time you get through you get a different story. I had the boiler delivered more than a week ago and they don't have anyone to install it. I have just cancelled my order and awaiting the cancelation team to get in touch to arrange to have the boiler picked up.

A very helpful response from the firm, who would have been pleased to undertake the work of installing air source heat pumps, However we decided not to proceed because there is likely to be a Borough-wide scheme where the Borough arranges for companies to quote for doing the work several houses, which we think will be cheaper.

Go Green was the only one who contacted me for a chat ref sola panels , The rep was very polite and gave us all the details of the fixtures . Mind you I am wondering why I paid £1,000 more for the rated price for Sola And battery ,
Weather held them back for 3 days ,I held the solar in my house ,thee electrician come the the dated day and put the electric,s in ,the 3 days later the solar panels were put up ,they worked hard and did a good job of work , Ps ,why did I pay a £1,000 more .

Appears to be very professional company providing excellent product and advice. Glow Green provided me with a comprehensive solar panel system quote supported with all the relevant technical information to make an informed decision. However, on this ocassion,due to the economic uncertainty surrounding energy costs, I have decided to delay go ing ahead with a solar panel installation.

It's a complex job and I didn't feel they were really going to be up for it or be able to provide the follow up work I will require in the future.
Whilst they were the cheapest quote their proposal was not as detailed or user friendly as other companies.

Yes the industry has become massively busy, but overlooking your customers is a 'ticking time bomb'. Better communication needed for installation details and progress leading up to install date. A project poc should have been properly appointed. Always have to chase up queries and sit rep, this does not instill confidence for such a large investment.

All seemed very good. One drawback, I asked to pay by bank transfer, and was told their system required full payment up front, not a condition I could accept. 50% up front and balance after satisfactory completion of the job would have been acceptable, but company was inflexible. Sadly, I had to go elsewhere.

I looked for a replacement for my 30+ year old Ideal boiler which had stopped working yet again. I researched the market on Which and found a recommendation from Quotatis. I obtained a quote from a local plumber who visited and assessed our needs. The quote from Glow Green was over the phone and was significantly cheaper for the market-leading Vaillant boiler (according to Which). Glow Green asked for various pictures and a description of my kitchen and existing boiler. After taking a 50% deposit, they came back to me and asked for a further £240 to dispose of the Ideal boiler. They referred me to a publicly available list of boilers with asbestos material in them. I don't know why they could not have looked at this before quoting. I agreed to this reluctantly. The first install date came, and went. The told me that their contracted plumber had injured himself but gave me a date in the following week. On that day, their plumber had a van-breakdown and couldn't come. Finally, the following week two plumbers arrived, looked about, said that they could not do the job in the promised two days and left. Glow Green then contacted me to cancel the job. I'm still waiting for my deposit to be returned. Fortunately the local plumber whose proposal I had turned down two months earlier said that he would take on the job again and that he saw no reason why it could not be installed in two days. I have a promise from him that the boiler will be installed next week. If I hadn't fallen for the Glow Green salesman's promises the boiler could have been installed by the middle of August.

The company does not appear to have experience of dealing with BME. Despite providing the company with proof of income which was more than sufficient, there appears to be a distrust of BME customers-they kept asking for more proof which was totally unnecessary- they claim it was underwriter's request but as I bank with the bank that is allegedly underwriting the purchase, it just didn't add up. It's sad when business still do business like that in this age.

Wasn't really sure if just taking photos was a really effective consultation process, but they gave clear and specific instructions and the result was swift. It's also a great method at this time of the pandemic crisis, so top marks there. Choice of boiler was rather limited, but they did offer a very competitive deal along with their already competitive quotes.

All was great until installation day. The materials had not been delivered for the installation engineer that had arrived. Customer service was diabolical kept being told I would be called back, I was never called back. According to the engineer my order had been forgotten. After 2 days of no feedback I demanded my order was cancelled and my deposit credited back to my account. Totally unorganised customer service which lets down the excellent sales team.

The man I phoned from the number you gave me, Dave. Was a fantastically Knowledgeable man, when it came to plumbing, he convinced to the best course of action. I ordered a new Boiler, and it was fitted within four days. The fitter arrived at 08.00 worked flat out and left at 16.00 he was so clean, and friendly, could not fault , so very pleased !

Glow Green offered me the best price of anyone on the Vaillant boiler they recommended. Although the sales agent who contacted me was pleasant and broadly responsive to my subsequent emailed queries, he didn’t answer a couple of my questions, even though I repeated them in two emails, so I was unable to verify a couple of things that to me were important and in the end I decided to go with a smaller, local company, where I could get complete answers more directly from the engineer who would be doing the job, so felt I had a higher level of direct quality control. If I had been set on installing a Vaillant boiler, though, they were a tempting option based on price. I think I just like the more direct relationship you have when you deal direct with the installer himself.
