Saxmundham is a tiny market town in Suffolk, England, set in the valley of the River Fromus regarding 18 miles (29 km) north-east of Ipswich and 5 miles (8.0 km) west of the coastline at Sizewell. The community is bypassed by the A12. It is served by Saxmundham train station on the East Suffolk Line. Saxmundham Town Council comes under the new East Suffolk District. It was previously in Suffolk Coastal District. The area selecting ward additionally has the name Saxmundham. Its population at the 2011 census was 4,913. The town's name presumably originates from the Old English "Seizmond's Home". The earliest recorded reference of Saxmundham remains in the Domesday Book of 1086 which states three churches. It has had a market charter since at least 1272 and also continues the custom to this particular day.

This is, however, with the assumption that the flat roof is going to be used as the main roof of the house. But if you’re only using it for a section of the house like your garage, the price could range between £700 to £1000

    There four commonly used types of flat roof materials which includes fibreglass, felt, rubber and lead. If you need a felt roof, for example, the price is between £40 to £70 per m2. And in the same tone, a metal roof will generally cost more than a a flat roof made from rubber.
