Your LPG storage tank will need to go outside your property, possibly underground if you have limited space. There are planning rules that restrict where you can put your tank, especially if your property is listed or on designated land. Take a look at our planning permission article to find out more.
Windermere
Windermere is a community and also civil parish in the South Lakeland District of Cumbria, England. It has a population of 8,245 boosting to 8,359 at the 2011 Census, and lies regarding half a mile (1 kilometres) eastern of the lake, Windermere. Although the community Windermere does not touch the lake (it took the name of the lake when the railway line was integrated in 1847 and also the station was called "Windermere"), it has actually currently expanded together with the older lakeside community of Bowness-on-Windermere, though both maintain distinguishable community centres. Tourism is preferred in the town because of its distance to the lake and also regional landscapes. Boats from the piers in Bowness sail around the lake, several calling at Ambleside or at Lakeside where there is a recovered railway. Windermere Hotel opened at the same time as the train. The civil parish consists of both communities, the village of Troutbeck Bridge to the north and several hamlets, including Storrs to the south and Heaning to the eastern. Belle Isle and also part of the lake are also within its borders.
