Shanklin
Shanklin is a prominent seaside resort and civil parish on the Island of Wight, England, situated on Sandown Bay. Shanklin is the southernmost of three settlements which occupy the bay, and is close to Lake and Sandown. The sandy coastline, its Old Village and a woody gorge, Shanklin Chine, are its piece de resistances. The esplanade along the coastline is inhabited by hotels and also restaurants for the most part, as well as is just one of one of the most tourist-oriented parts of the town.
