For a front door, you'll need outstanding security, weather resistance, durability and most importantly, fantastic aesthetic appeal. And that's precisely what a hardwood front door provides you with. They look fantastic and you may even choose from a range of colours and wonderful designs to create a unique appeal for your house.

No matter your home, you could consider a Victorian, Edwardian modern or even country front door style. Then the colour could range from a traditional black or white, to the much more bold red, green and blue.

Amersham

Amersham is a market town and civil parish inside the Chiltern district within the English county of Buckinghamshire. It is in the Chiltern Hills, 27 miles northwest of London, 15 miles from Aylesbury and 13 miles from High Wycombe. It forms an element of the London commuter belt as a result of its closeness to London. There is a chalk stream that runs by way of the town, though it often is dried up through the year. The river occupies a big valley that is larger than is feasible for the River Misbourne to cut, meaning that it is a misfit stream. The origins of the town can be dated back to a time before the Anglo-Saxon period, and it's referenced in the Domesday Book of 1086. In 1200, the Earl of Essex was granted a charter for Amersham, which allowed for the running of a market on Fridays and also a fair in September. One more charter, obtained in 1613, changed the market day to Tuesday and created a statute fair on 19th September. Until the creation of the Metropolitan Railway in 1892, the part of the town presently referred to as Amersham on the Hill was known as Amersham Common. From this date, the town started to expand. There are many parks open to the public for sporting and recreational use. The town is also home to Amersham Town F.C., who play football at Spratley's Meadow in Old Amersham. Amersham has a Grade II listed building, 'High and Over House', which was made with an art deco style by the architect Amyas Connell in 1931. For all your residence upgrades, be certain that you employ trusted pros in Amersham to ensure you get the best quality.
