Brockenhurst
Brockenhurst is the largest village by population within the New Forest in Hampshire, England. The local city is Southampton some 13 miles (21 km) to the North East, while Bournemouth is likewise nearby, 15 miles (24 kilometres) South West. Bordering towns and villages consist of Beaulieu, Lymington, Lyndhurst, and also Guide. The western part of the village significantly broadened in the 1970s and, in the very early 1990s, Berkeley Homes developed Ober Park, which is now referred to as The Coppice, this despite having been called Clerks (or variants thereof) from the 13th to 19th centuries.
