Ingatestone
Ingatestone is a village in Essex, England, with a population of around 5,000. To the instant north lies the town of Fryerning, and with each other the two form the civil church of Ingatestone and also Fryerning. Ingatestone lies within Metropolitan Green Belt land 20 miles (32 kilometres) north-east of London. The built-up area is mainly located between the A12 trunk road and also the Great Eastern Main Railway Line. Today it is an upscale commuter village. The civil church for the location is controlled by Ingatestone and Fryerning Parish Council. Because 1974 the town has been within the District of Brentwood, although in earlier times the parish became part of Chelmsford Rural district, Chelmsford Rural Sanitary District, and Chelmsford Poor Law Union. The town lies within the Chelmsford Hundred. Ingatestone has two conservation areas, one covering the railway station as well as Terminal Lane, and the various other protecting the main buying location of High Street.
