Pencader
Pencader is a tiny village in the Welsh county of Carmarthenshire, and also becomes part of the Community as well as Parish of Llanfihangel-ar-Arth. It is located around 3 miles (5 kilometres) south-east of Llandysul as well as 6.5 miles (10 km) south-west of Llanybydder, in the valley of the Gwen creek, quickly prior to the convergence with the River Talog, to form the River Tyweli (a tributary of the Teifi). It is a peaceful village with little bit greater than 500 houses, two stores, as well as 2 bars. Pencader's background returns a long way. For years, it was one of the primary stops on the Carmarthen - Aberystwyth rail path, and was the junction for the service to Newcastle Emlyn; the Pencader Tunnel made it possible for services to get to Carmathen using Llanpumsaint. The decline of the trains saw the Newcastle Emlyn branch line enclosed 1952 and also the main line near to passengers in 1965.
