Greenhithe
Greenhithe (population 4,700) is a village in the District of Dartford in Kent, England. It is located east of Dartford, in the civil parish of Swanscombe and also Greenhithe. Greenhithe's economic situation no more depends upon river profession, this having been changed by the M25 motorway, the new Broadband 1 Ebbsfleet International station and the Bluewater complex. The whole location is being redeveloped as part of the Thames Gateway regeneration. Its proponent councils and federal government enrollers thus intend to bring in more affluence and income generation, especially with the communication with the huge shopping complex. This is reflected in enhanced residential property assessments, and also somewhat greater investing than in 20th century overspill estates which tended to line the estuary. Its high street is much less significant a location than Bluewater, which is supplemented by a grocery store in the town. Greenhithe railway station aside, there is little in the location besides real estate. The Thames Gateway project has seen expansion of property neighbourhoods of the town such as Ingress Park as well as Waterstone Park, in addition to of industrial and also company estates that nearly totally surround the former big community.
