Jedburgh
Jedburgh is a community and also previous royal burgh in the Scottish Boundaries and the typical county town of the historical county of Roxburghshire. Jedburgh rests on the Jed Water, a tributary of the River Teviot. It is 10 miles (16 kilometres) from the border with England, and is dominated by the significant damages of Jedburgh Abbey.
