I've built a temp Ryan structure in my garden measuring approx 24 foot wide and 19 foot in length. I'm searching for a retractable awning either manual or electric.
The cost of your awning or canopy mainly depends on its size and location. It also depends on its mechanism if you go for a retractable awning â motorised ones are almost always more expensive than manual ones. The typical cost of an awning or canopy project is about £1,000, but yours could end up being more or less.

The London Borough of Islington is a London borough in Inner London. It was established in 1965 by merging the former metropolitan boroughs of Islington and Finsbury, but the merged entity continues to be second smallest borough in London as well as the third smallest district in England. It covers an overall area of 5.74 square miles. The borough contains two Westminster parliamentary constituencies, Islington North and Islington South & Finsbury.
The 2011 Census revealed that Islington contains the highest population density of local authorities in England and Wales, with 13875 people per square kilometre. As outlined by population estimates collected part way through 2014, Islington has a permanent population of around 221030 people. Islington also offers ten tube stations within its boundaries, with connections by the tube to all around London. In 2011, the main forms of transports that residents used were the underground, metro, light rail and tram, which were used by 19.4 per cent of all residents. Another 10.3 per cent used the bus, as well as 10.3 per cent being the figure for people who would walk.
The borough is known as the home to football club Arsenal, one of the most successful clubs in England and Emirates Stadium, which is one of the largest football stadiums in the United Kingdom. Other notable attractions range from the London Canal Museum as well as the King's Head Theatre.

An awning usually attaches to an exterior wall of your home, business or outbuilding, or to the outside of a boat, campervan or caravan. It acts as an extra piece of roof or covering to shelter people from sun, rain or wind when they’re outside.
Lots of awnings are retractable, with either a manual or automatic folding mechanism. You also get static awnings that are up permanently. You often find awnings fixed over the top of doors or windows.
A canopy is similar to an awning, but is typically bigger and freestanding. This makes them more versatile than awnings, as you can move them around to suit your needs. However, they’re not always as structurally robust as most awnings.
If you’re considering getting an awning for the outside of your home or business, it’s vital to make sure it’s the correct size. This will help you get the right amount of shelter or shade you need, and ensure it looks great.
To get the best results, get your awning from a company who comes out to your property to measure. They’ll be experienced at doing this accurately, and will be able to add clearance distances where required. They might also be able to suggest the best designs to suit your property and needs.
A retractable awning can be a great addition to the outside of your home or business. They fold or roll neatly into a cassette, so they don’t take up space when you don’t need them. Some have articulated arms, while others have telescopic arms.
When you get an awning, you can choose between a manual and an automatic one. Manual ones have a handle or crank that you wind to fold it in and out, while automatic ones have a motor.
We can help you get more Awnings and canopies work and boost your business.
