Coniston
Coniston is a town and also civil parish in the Furness area of Cumbria, England. Historically part of Lancashire, it lies in the southern part of the Lake District National Park, between Coniston Water, the third lengthiest lake in the Lake District and also Coniston Old Man; about 25 miles (40 kilometres) north eastern of Barrow-in-Furness.
