Northwich
Northwich is a town in Cheshire, within the west of England nearing the Welsh border. The town only has a 19,000 population, with the borough stretching out to 56,000. The area has long been taken advantage of for its salt pans since Roman times and a £28 million project in 2004 was undergone to stabilise the mines. Northwich Council will also be modernising a great deal of the town and destroying the old structures.
