North Ferriby
North Ferriby is a village as well as civil parish in the Haltemprice area of the East Riding of Yorkshire, England. Ferriby parish had a population of 3,893, a rise on the 2001 UK census number of 3,819 according to the 2011 UK census. The school has roughly 300 students. North Ferriby is on the north financial institution of the Humber Estuary, around 8 miles (13 km) west of Hull city centre. To the north, atop a hill, exists Swanland via the B1231. South Ferriby is straight contrary the village, on the south financial institution of the Humber. North Ferriby is typically described as "Ferriby" by locals on the north bank, except where confusion might develop. Melton is nearby to the west which is where the huge South Hunsley School is. North Ferriby lies in the Parliamentary constituency of Haltemprice as well as Howden.
