Ingatestone
Ingatestone is a town in Essex, England, with a population of about 5,000. To the immediate north lies the town of Fryerning, and also with each other both create the civil parish of Ingatestone and Fryerning. Ingatestone exists within Metropolitan Green Belt land 20 miles (32 kilometres) north-east of London.
