Wasps are a common pest in the United Kingdom. Although singular wasps can be controlled by spraying with a wasp killer, nests, swarms or persistently present wasps can be troublesome. An expert pest control company can get rid of a wasp infestation by employing a controlled spraying of insecticide that the wasps will spread themselves throughout the nest.

Wasps can be dangerous because they are able to sting several times. Wasps in nests can swarm when they feel threatened, releasing many wasps into the surrounding area in one go. In the event that you suspect there may be a wasp nest in your home, it is crucial to keep children and household pets away from it. If you cannot locate the nest yourself, it could be necessary to call a pest control expert who'll be able to track it down.

There are a number of methods that pest control companies can use to remove wasp nests. The best technique will be different depending on the precise location of the nest and the scale of the infestation. Commonly, a powder insecticide is sprayed on the nest which will kill the wasps. However, for areas that are difficult to reach there are additional options, such as high reach insecticide applicators. Wasp traps are also available if you experience a repeated wasp infestation in an area. These traps can help to lower the quantity of scavenging wasps by luring them to the traps.

Bellingham

Bellingham is an area in south east London, in the London Borough of Lewisham. Its neighbouring districts are Catford, Downham and Sydenham. The Ravensbourne River runs through the centre of Bellingham, also to the west and east it is bordered by railway lines working south from Catford.

The name Bellingham means ‘the water-meadow owned by Beora’s people’, and was the name of the medieval manor in the region. The real name was preserved by the farm in the area, Bellingham Railway Station and the Bellingham Estate. Various other historical names have been preserved by the street titles of the estate, which are connected with King Alfred, who was thought to have already been god, the father of the manor of Lewisham, and were taken from the brands of mills, houses and areas in the certain region.

Bellingham was farmland until the Bellingham Estate was built, between 1920 and 1923. London Town Council built about 2600 houses and flats during this time. Bellingham Estate was among the many huge estates constructed by London City Council after the First World War to assist with slum clearance and reduce overcrowding. As there was plenty of land available most of the dwellings constructed were two-story homes, and there was lots of green, open space.

Today, Bellingham is a localised city centre. Its high street is Randlesdown Road, which includes a supermarket, a gym, hairdressers and multiple restaurants and food outlets. It also has a sixth form college, and a church and a library. Bellingham boasts many famous former and present residents, including the singer/song-writer Kate Bush, the previous Labour Prime Minister James Callaghan, and the footballer Ian Wright.

It is best to deal with a wasp nest previously in the year before numbers boost as well as the wasps become much more aggressive in late Summer season.
how to get rid of wasp nest?

And as a result, the best way to remove a wasp nest would be to rely on professional expertise and professional safety equipment. This way, you won’t have to worry about getting stung or causing series of damages to your property. • Burning the warp nest. Using fire to get rid of wasp nest is a very dangerous approach and often not very effective to eradicate the wasps. Wasps nest are made from a thin papery substance produced by chewing wood into pulp and as a result, making it highly inflammation. Therefore, you run the risk of not only burning yourself, but also making your property catch fire.
  • Water. Other home owners prefer to flood the wasp nests with water, but this isn’t also totally effective. Depending on the wasp nest’s location, you run the risk of damaging your property and it won’t get rid of all wasps in the hive either.

Overall, the best approach is by getting in touch with a pest control professional who possesses the safety equipments, expert knowledge, specialized products as well as experience when it comes working in small spaces.
