Pre work:Generally quite efficient, survey appointment kept etc but overall didn't quite do it flr me. Price was O.K. Information was all there and anybquestions I asked were answered but there was just something missing for me in terms of the customer experience. All seemed quite by the book which is fine and will suit some people but the company I went with had much more of the personal touch and just seemed to offer a much freindlier more personal service overall.
