Ken did the initial consultation and he was very honest telling me that he didn't think I would need a new boiler. Another company said the complete opposite and wanted to charge me over £2000 for a replacement. I respect how honest Ken was and it actually restored my faith. Phil the engineer came 2 days later and took one look at the boiler and said I didn't need a filter. He was so friendly and very genuine. He bled all of my radiators and said I didn't really need anything done. I was so impressed that I have asked for Phil to come and service my boiler and gas fire. Another positive about this company is their punctuality. So many companies give you a time slot whereas Jamie text and let me know a time. The level of customer service from start to finish has been exceptional and I will be recommending this company to family and friends, Thank you so much! Companies like this are hard to come by.

Extremely friendly and professional service from the very first conversation we had to discuss a complete retro central heating installation. Excellent service, initially asked for an over the phone estimate but refused so they came out to do an on-site audit and this revealed that the boiler change would be much more complicated than originally thought. Service inspired confidence and everything was explained before we were quoted.
