They arrived on time all six of them they were friendly and polite and did a really good job. Left everywhere clean and tidy and draft and dry proof.
They were very good just a few communication issues that will hopefully be resolved when the work commences. Otherwise very satisfied so far
It was a very thorough investigation of the state of my windows and I was impressed by the depth of detail the salesman went into. A quotation was not provided but an indication of the cost was made. I am considering asking them to do the work.

I paid a £500 deposit for work to be done however I was messed about with several promises of people to come and survey etc that I cancelled and was told they would send me the money by cheque and it would take 3 weeks. I have been waiting 8 weeks and have contacted them but there is no sign of my refund. I have informed them I am taking them to the small claims court and that is my next move. So I am not impressed.

No close investigation of the problem. Identified as a conservatory roof problem, unlike above who identified a felt problem on the house roof. Very expensive quote. Asked for written confirmation which never materialised.
Phenomenally expensive. Quoted over £8000 for a job which eventually cost just £1600. What a ripoff.

Very quick after initial contact. We had 3 cancelled dates before they finally did the work. The work was carried out speedily and to our satisfaction. The guys Phil and Quinn were excellent workers, clean and tidy.
The gentleman that contacted me advised he did not deal with cast iron gutters. He said he could send one of his agents but unlikely they could help

We were given a 2 hour slot to come and look at the issue but the person never showed up. I was assured that if it would be any different they would call to let me know, but i received no contact. Still haven't.
Very poor follow up after quoting and taking deposit. Still waiting for contact to sort this out. Looks like I have lost the deposit.

They didn't quote. Plenty of promises but zero action - timewasters.
I only wanted repairs but was persuaded i should have new roof panels which i was quoted for. measurements were taken involving only one man doing a two man job thus taking most of the day. it was then decided that the roof struts weren't strong enough to take the new panels. then many weeks of no contact from them ensued. i received a letter that was sent to all customers asking us to bear with them due to the pandemic. i understand that, of course, it has caused many problems. however, i had to contact them several times and was fobbed off again and again. about 2 weeks ago i was informed that someone would call to make an apt. he didn't call. a few days ago I asked for my £1,000 deposit back which I paid to them on 20th May this year. Finally, I received a call saying they would have to requote. This was ignoring the fact that i had asked for my money back. I said I want my money back and he said he would refer it to the accounts dept. No apology whatsoever. this has been a very bad experience. it remains to be seen whether i will see my money again
