Repair fixed problem
Wards came out the next day, refitted the facia and guttering. I paid for the work, a week later found gutter still leaking, rang Wards they said they could fit me in next week. Still waiting !!!!!!!

Excellent service. I looked at Yell.com on Tuesday evening. At 8.30 the following morning a telephone call from Wards Roofing, an appointment to visit at 2pm and by 3pm the job was done very satisfactorily! Couldn’t want for more.
Prompt reply to enquiry. The company contacted me at 8.30 am the morning after the enquiry, came at 2 pm and the job was done immediately. I couldn’t have asked for better service . The man involved was polite and helpful and I would certainly recommend the firm.

only one company responded.Your questions on the state of the roof are for the tradesman to tell the customer and as in this case it was a first floor roof ladders would be needed.
Arrived at time agreed, inspected problem area and informed me that problem was not a serious as I thought. Agreed repair procedure and cost. Work carried out immediately to a high standard. Would recommend them to my friends.

I had arranged for the work to be done on wednesday. I was out all day on Tuesday when I came home there was a message on my answering machine from Wards saying they were coming today.When I telephoned to ask when they were coming they told me they had been and gone and asked about payment. I would have wanted to be present when the work was done. the thing with guttering cleaning is that you have no idea what was done unless you are there. if someone arranges to come on a certain time and day then I expect them to do just that

Very quick both contact and completion of job but didn't finish the little details that would have got them full marks. I wasn't told before hand that they would just cap the wood fascia, though I'm happy with that as it wasn't rotten, just in need of paint. We have finished the corners that they didn't do, (the ones we can reach)and for the few minutes it took, you'd have thought they would have done it, as it would then have been an excellent job.
Brilliant ! Richard gave a very competitive and honest quote and the work was done the next day. New gutters, fascias, etc. all around. Work was finished to the highest standard and Richard and his colleague are genuine and pleasant guys. I strongly recommend them.
