Excellent communication from the start. Fair estimate and they couldn’t have done a better job in clearing my garden and pruning my overgrown fruit trees. All involved were affable and very hard working. So much so I have two further quotes for work that I am about to pick up. Highly recommended as far as I am concerned.
Walter came round to cut down a couple of trees for me. A good price was agreed and the work was done there and then so no messing around trying to sort a suitable day. Work was done really quickly with hardly any mess as well. He couldn't have gone out of his way any more for me. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

The other company who came to look at the job didn't seem to understand what was required . Walter and his team were first class .
Walter was the only person who contacted me for the job, he rang almost immediately and came to quote the same day, he was very polite and understood what I wanted, he got me the right people to do the job and I have a lovely fence in a straight line of good quality, the guys who did the work knew exactly what they were doing and they were very polite too, I'm impressed with the quality of the work and the product, I was happy with the price quoted but didn't get any other quotes so I can't compare Walter for pricing but he quoted in the price range I expected and I was happy to pay the price, excellent job done and Walter kept checking I was happy as the work went on, would recommend him to others and would use him again.

Worked really hard. Was tenacious in diagnosing the problem and trying to find a solution. It transpired that there was a blockage in the drain as well as in the downpipe and it was not an easy fix. He also cleaned up the downpipe and all round the area he had worked on. My only concern was that he required payment in cash which necessitated my making a journey to withdraw money.

This company were a 'jack of all trades' and not necessarily tree orientated. The trees were removed but the larger of the three was not best dealt with and almost resulted in damage to our neighbours garden and fence. I think the weight and size of the conifer was a surprise to them. Nevertheless, it all ended well and all tree and debris removed efficiently.
