Efficient and pleasant sales. Good price. Final fitting delayed by a few days but communications good. Excellent fitters. High quality service.
Conservatory roof replacement. All very pleasant on initial contact, explained fully our position ie. very early stages to see options. Said we liked the idea of tiled roof, they said they didn't do them but happy to visit and quote for glass/polycarb. We were happy for this too as we didn't know whether a tiled roof is even feasible, so this would be a good first step. Guy said they would visit, measure up and provide quote which would be valid for one year. Young chap turned up - didn't introduce himself, didn't ask if we required him to wear a mask. His attitude was not good from the start. said we could only have either poly carb or an Elizabethan style with glass roof which we do not want as it would not suite the property. He then refused to quote because we'd mentioned the tiled roof. Albeit this had been discussed at the outset when the appointment was made. Completely wasted our time. His manner left a lot to be desired and in effect we asked him to leave. Bit of a young upstart we think, way too full of himself and no respect for prospective customers

Professional and clear in explaining the process of having a conservatory built.
Polite, professional, knowledgeable service. I gained the information I was looking for. Initial quote was out of my budget range, I was quoted two other price each lower that the last. As I would not commit to securing the price on the day of my quote, I felt as though the Sale Rep was being a bit pushy for a sale. This I felt off putting to go further.
Sam was the right balance between thorough and engaging. We designed our dream conservatory which we have now purchased and hope to have built within the next few months.
From beginning to end result, most satisfactory, good to have a local family firm to rely on. I have just placed a further order for more replacement windows.would recommend them highly.

Extremely thorough - salesman knew the product and the company, forthcoming with information, took all details with care. Supply top quality product which they can make to pretty well any specification as they make it themselves. But quote was very high; reduced to 66% if I was willing to accept the quote then and there - which I wasn't.

First attempt-arrived late, then failed to do any work due to scaffold not arriving. Cancelled 2nd appointment at no notice due to staff problems. Finally carried out most of the work, but broke paving slab. No big deal, but didnt seem to notice.... however, before leaving they drilled the house wall directly by the front door and fixed an advertising board. Took them over 2 weeks to remove scaffold. Quality of work fine, but unreliable service, constantly messing me around and finally damaging my property. Would not use this company again.
