Based on telephone contact, we would be pleased to have selected Mr Matthews to do the job. He was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. The reason we didn't go with Usk Valley Services was that a local company gave us a comparable quote after a site visit. They had the advantage being local and able to pop over easily to have a look at the job. Had we met Mr Matthews on site or been able to see his website, we would probably have gone with him. Based on our experience, we would recommend our friends in the Merthyr area to contact Mr Matthews should they need any jetwashing.
