5 star service. As bthe advert says does what it says on the lid. Beautiful work done very quickly, very professionally by quality workmen. Steven and his team were brilliant throughout, after completion of job, the clean up was incredible. you only had to look up to see that this team had done a top job. Thank you to Marcus and the Upgrade Home Improvements team.
Excellent service. Made an enquiry late Thursday night, received a phone call 1st thing next day, on site fir 10am, work carried out and completed repairs by 11am. A small repair job that if left would have led to more issues. History has told me in the past small repair work has seemed an issue to get tradespeople to commit to as not bigger projects are more tempting. Marcus did a fantastic job, was very professional and did an excellent job.

I was delighted with the works carried out not only does the works prevent any potential jwater ingress to my property(as gutters were leaking badly) the roof cleaning and anti fungal treatment applied makes the property look fantastic. I'm convinced it's added several thousand pounds to the property value. The beautiful roof is now a talking point of all visitors to my house saying I see you have had a new roof fitted it looks great. They are blown away when I tell them it's not new just that it's been cleaned for a relatively small sum of money. Consequently I have a number of friends who are considering to get a quote for their homes to be done. The guys who did the works were very polite extremely efficient and competent in the operations carried out. They also treated my property with the utmost respect. From my recent experience I would have no hesitation in recommending Upgrade Home Improvements to any perspective customer for roof cleaning, facia board cleaning (mine are upvc so didn't need changing) and gutter - downpipe replacements. Thanks guys you are a credit to your profession.
