UK Property Maintenance is a new establishment - however I have many years of experience working on domestic and commercial properties, including big estates within central london - Knightsbridge, Kensington and Chelsea.

We are fully insured for public liability for customers protection and take pride in the service we offer.

We specialise in varied types of roofing, including repairs, guttering, soffit and fascia, flat and pitched roofs, giving customers a variety of options to choose from including, felt, tiles, slates and liquid plastics.

We are also involved within the letting and management industry for estate agents across the south east.

We offer a free quotation service for new roofs and repairs.
