We were very happy with the repair work done by New Look Fascias. Lee and his son arrived on time and were very friendly and got on with the job. They were very respectful of our property and we were very pleased with the price. The job was completed quickly and efficiency and we were very pleased with the work done. Great service to start with, quoted within couple of days, booked day for works to take place, I took time of work but when it came to the day they didn’t show, tried to call and left a message but still no reply, just so glad I didn’t part with any money, total rip off and wasted my time

The finished job was great and the price was within my budget. The staff were very friendly towards me but unfortunately loud and vocal with eachother for all the neighbours to hear. I also found lots of rubbish from the old gutters left across my garden and in the bushes.
Thank you for your tremendous work in helping me to improve my home, in regards to the installation of new guttering. Can I say without your diligence,hard work and commitment, my home would not be looking as good, as it is now, Excellent work! Thank you so much.

Lee and his colleague were very friendly and courteous from start to finish. He explained what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it. Made contact and within 5 minutes they were on the phone saying they could come and quote for job. Turned up and checked gutters which didn't need cleaning so wasn't charged for job. However the friendly manner I required a new roof on my out build and they provide a very good quote and work started the net day and was completed within 2 days. Very satisfied with work would recommend Fascias direct.

They cleaned our gutter which had not been cleaned in 10 year they said. He said he would send back a feedback report quoting he reckoned it hadn't been cleaned in this year, we would have produces this to our landlord so he could return the monies to us. We never received the report.

Lee at Fascia's contacted me straight away, agreed a time to come and quote, which he stuck too, we agreed a price which I found competetive. Lee then came when he stated and did the job to a very high standard and while I was away from the property which meant a lot to me as I work full time and live alone. Lee then invoiced me correctly and I transferred the money over. I would definitely recommend Lee and Fascia's Direct Roofline Upgrades to my friends in the future and was extremely satisfied with Lee's work ethic and professional manor, and the same for Quotatis.
