On the work day he was prompt, work completed, no mess, nothing left. He was only fitting some fascias, a small job but difficult one. He did a brilliant job, very friendly and very efficient. I would definitely use him again.

Lee was very courteous and professional. His quote was very competitive, I reckon the best out there. When the job became a little more complicated than anticipated it wasn’t a problem. The property is situated over 100 miles away so everything was done by phone and internet. There was constant communication and pictures were sent as the job progressed. Work was great, the guy was great. It was a simple job (guttering just needed unblocking) but he did it all with great efficiency. Did a test of pouring water down the drainpipe to ensure blockage there had also been removed. Whole thing took only 20 minutes. Happy to recommend this chap.

Only had one company quote at the moment this was 6pm Tuesday night. But the price is about what i was expecting
Fascias Direct gave a very good price for the work and said they could do the job towards the end of the week (18/19th January 2018) but as yet they haven't been in touch to say when they can start. I do understand also that the weather hasn't been very good. I don't mind to much as am not in any rush for the work to be done, but a phone call from them would be nice .

Prompt and efficient
Lee called and gave a good price to carry out the work, kept me informed about installation dates and times. Lee and Darren called on day promised and at all stages pointed out issues that could affect the quality of work, issues that were of the house builders fault and not theirs. There was excellent verbal communication at all stages of the work and when the job was completed I was given the chance to inspect before payment was made. I am delighted with the finished work and of the cleanliness and speed of workmanship. Our neighbour even commented on how professional they were. Really helpful, I was able to arrange an appointment very speedily. By chance they were able to come round earlier and have a look. I had believed i needed new guttering (having been told it was not blocked but broken) but Lee from Fascias Direct actually unblocked my guttering right there and then and kindly did not charge. He then came back at my request to fix some slipped slates on the roof. Again, he came exactly when he said he would if not just before. I was at work so I was sent pictures and kept updated on what was being done, how and why. I was particularly grateful for the honest responses to my questions - as the previous tradesman who had looked at the problem had attempted to persuade me to spend several thousand pounds on a new roof/guttering system i did not need or want and lied to me saying the guttering was not blocked (which it clearly was, I've seen how much stuff was removed!)

Lee arrived earlier than agreed but that was fine by me.
