Their response was very speedy. They arrived 10am next day to,quote and I agreed for them to proceed as they had all the gear and had just done a job in the local area. The price they quoted me seemed a bit expensive but John added in an extra bit of work and so I was very happy.
Did a good and quick service.would reccomend you make sure price includes logs taken away as they did not take all our logs..

Fast response and appointment made quickly. Fair discussion of treatment required and quotation received soon after by email. Decision not yet made as consultation required with immediate neighbours as ree is communal responsibility.
Did not accept their quotation: engaged another company.
John of Tree Patrol contacted us almost immediately, made an appointment for early the next day. He arrived promptly, inspected the site, gave us an estimate & as he was in the area would be able to do work the next day. He and his team arrived an hour early and had the work completed very professionally. He even offered advice for future work which will need doing.
Tree patrol contacted me swiftly, arrived the next day and removed my diseased tree efficiently. The site was cleared up and the tree surgeon was polite and professional. I would recommend Tree Patrol most highly.
