Was very impressed by Steve's telephone conversation , site visit and price structure, consequently I awarded him the contract

Steve and his apprentice where great they quotes the job and sent through a through our quote by email. He came down and quoted the additional work with no problems and broke down what the work cost and his fee. They took about a week and worked very hard. I would recommend Steve and he got 2 further jobs from across the road.
Only contacted by Total Property Care so cannot compare. Work needed done so accepted their quote.

Very quick reply, came out while I was at work took measurements provided a quick a simple quote which was a lot less than I expected. The guy Steve was a pleasure to deal with, slight delay in getting to job started by a week or so due to rain but understandable and kept me informed and updated. Absolutely thrilled with the final work and no problems whatsoever throughout the whole process will be the first company I will think of should I require anything in the future, cannot recommend highly enough.

He gave a good professional quote and suggested small extra jobs which will improve the property. He also said nothing wrong with facia and soffits......just require a good clean with appropriate PVC cleaner..
Work seems good but waiting to have one or two things twicked.
