Did not use at all
At first they told me it would be two weeks before they would give me a quote then I was told that someone would give me a phone quotation. Eventually I received a phone call the next morning from someone 'who was in the area and could fit me in'. It was then too late because I had got three quotes and picked the best. I felt as if my custom was not wanted.
