TFS Construct

My name is Florin Sorin Timofte and my company is called TFS Construct LTD, I started TFS Construct LTD in November 2019. Before this I had worked for a UK based construction company as assistant manager where I had 60 workers which I had responsibility of giving work to do around different parts of the company, but before that I had Worked 5 years in construction in Turkey, 3 years in Serbia (Yugoslavia) and 12 years in Italy, which all in total round up to 20 years in building/construction. While I was working in all countries, I had also learned new skills which are effective and rather good. When i had arrived in the UK I had discovered that all the techniques and styles used in mainland Europe is very different from the style and methods here in the UK. But I non the less adapted rather quickly and i have added many good techniques and aspects of mainland European style of building which have increased the value of the job. Since the start of my company I haven't had many jobs, but I can take pride in the fact that every single job which i had done was finished and done well within the customers standards. My services are: Garden renovations (patio, decking, brick laying and fencing). I also do indoor jobs such as: tiling, carpenter and painter. My company is registered as a sole trader. Thought my career I have been compensated for my work in form of monetary bonuses for getting the job done before deadlines and doing an overall good job.
