Paving & Driveway | Slab in Barnoldswick

T and A completed the work on my drive in November last year. I paid £6700 for the driveway and £6400 for slab paving work. On the whole I was pleased with the results. Different workmen came each day. However, on what turned out to be the final day, they left in a hurry. The weather was bad. Shortly afterwards, I contacted them to ask if they would finish off the wall at the side of the drive which had been left with loose stones across the bottom and the wall was cemented untidily. The wall should have been dropped in line with the drive. Two men came and tidied the cement work but it was still messy. I was assured they would come to set the stones at the bottom. I have since contacted them numerous times over 6 months with no reply. The bottom stones have broken off. The firm will not come to rectify this. I am disappointed as I thought there was a 10 year guarantee. Because of this, I cannot recommend them. It looks as if I will have to pay someone else to sort this.
