Arrived at time requested. Took a real interest in the garden, gave good advice, suggested alternative plants more suitable to various parts of the garden. Gave a time scale to start as weather at present isn't suitable for cutting back existing shrubs. Really appreciated and it was obvious Roger is passionate in the work he does.

The quoted price was altered as it did not include gravel boards despite it being specified for the job and they 'happen' to have the boards on the truck. The promise of clearing up totally was not done - rubble was left behind in the service lane.
