If you’re thinking of making some improvements to your home and would like some advice from a design professional, the first step would be to contact me to arrange a free informal consultation.

At this visit we can have a look around your existing property, talk about the things that aren’t working for you and what you would like to achieve with an extension/remodel etc.

We can talk about any known Planning restrictions, estimated build costs and I will take some photos and lots of notes to help me understand what you’re looking to do. Ultimately, I like to get a feel for how you live; how you use each space in your home and where the ‘pinch points’ are. I also like to get to know what your personal style is, talk about your aspirations (your hopes and dreams!) and any budget or time constraints you have.

I love the initial consultation, it’s such a special and exciting moment to be invited into someone’s home and help them visualise what the future could look like.

From this visit, I will send you a full (slightly more formal...) schedule of services that I can offer you, along with accurate fees for my work. If you’re comfortable for me to proceed we can crack on! As a chartered member of the RIBA and ARB, I base my services on the RIBA Plan of Work.
