Explained the full process from start to finish starting with a full : survey of pipe work and were heating radiators that will installed, also the safe removal of my 31 year old boiler and old radiators, I was also given a stay warm catalogue of pictures & process with the full installation and agreed install date that suited me. Also got a follow up telephone call later in the day about a full technical assessment before work starts . Very Good.
