A little more tinfomation than the others they have great knowledge and they new what we wanted.
Very very prompt and keen. Initial contact was with the director who is also one of the team. Very quick to quote. Wasn't 100% sure at first. Needed further conversations to find out more information. But it turns out phone contact is not through one of the builders as first thought. The quote tunred out to be a good price in comparrison to other quotes l had. Once l found out the information l needed l was happy and decided to proceed with them for the work l wanted doing. Very impressed over all in the end.

They were quick in response. Quick to make an appointment which they turned up on time for. Steve was very polite. However, they had been given incorrect information so I am awaiting a visit from an other adviser more equipt to answer my query.
