Appeared to give a convincing report of my current aerial situation
I got aeral put in on the day of my chosen and i was charged the amount j was quoted on the phone by giving my postcode and when the engineer came he was 100% pleasant and made no mess i was totally 100% satisfied with my purchase would recommend them to friends and family.

The installation engineer arrived on time. He surveyeyed the work required, following my requirements. He then contacted his supervisor to give me a price for the work and passed his phone to me where I agreed to immediately have the work carried out.. The installation was quickly carried out to my complete satisfaction, clean, tidy and efficient. The result is the best reception I have ever had on my many years of television. I thought the price of tyhe intalation is on the high side considering to buy am arial only cost around £30 and you charge £95 for about a hour's work?
I cannot fault the company. But I will fault this website. I was looking for local company, not one within the whole of Scotland. I felt guilty when the guy said he was coming from Paisley to Edinburgh.
We still haven’t taken up their offer( time factor) Burt they were very polite and helpful . Home consultation would be the next step.

The engineer, Derek, called and replaced a part on my sky dish and put new cable into rooms. Very pleasant, cheery and helpful. Good price for work carried out. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for him. Would deffo use this company again.

Derek was very observant and instantly recognised, from the ground, that the aerial was broken and the back plate was moving in the breeze. Prior to being an installer he made TV aerials in Paisley. Earlier in the year a local installer had blamed the trees for the poor reception and said he would move the same aerial to a different part of the roof. I didn't accept that quote because it was too expensive. Initially when I learnt Derek worked out of Paisley I thought he would be expensive because of the distance but he explained they worked all over Scotland so he was 'local' to the next installation. His price was very competitive to the local man and he did it there and then. It has worked perfectly. The kind of tradesperson who if he had been there for longer you would be pleased to invite for tea and biscuits.

Work carried out speedily and satisfactorily but, despite twice requesting it, the company has failed to provide me with a proper invoice/receipt. I have no written evidence of the work completed and presumably no come back if problems arise.

This company provided excellent service all round. Derek phoned me right away and arranged an installation time for the next convenient date. On arrival, he advised on the right equipment for my needs and quoted me a fair and reasonable price. The Arial was fitted promptly and with no mess whatsoever and I was given a five year guarantee. He offered great aftercare, advising that I should contact him at any time if I needed any help with installing my new equipment once it arrived. Derek came out as arranged on the phone. I tolld him the problem that living room worked perfect with all channels but my bedroom tv only had some channels. I was told it was my booster in my livingroom and it would be £95 but he didn't have one and would need to go get one and arrange to come back next day. He didn't look at my bedroom tv or cables. Got a second quote to be told my booster was fine and it was the cable at the back of the house. I would have paid £95 for the booster then had to pay for new cable and connections for my 2 back bedrooms.NOT GOOD

Guys called to say they were running late due to previous job good to keep me in the loop. Guys tried our old aerial first but I knew it was fit for the bin. They fitted new aerial and connected our TVs, very efficient and friendly manner. Definitely recommend this company and will use them again Freda Jarvis EK
The guys were great, very professional but very friendly also. They tried our old aerial first but the only place for it was the bin which we knew. They replaced aerial and connected the TVs and re-tuned them. All in all a great job done.

Competent diagnosis and issue solved with new aerial and distribution box. A bit expensive at over £200, however, did solve the problem.

Unfortunately the company could not supply a new Satellite dish until after the New Year. He did however offer to fit a second hand one in the short term, then replace it with a new one once the suppliers reopened after the holidays. I ordered one via Amazon which was delivered within 2 days. So did not use this company.

No other company contacted me to give a quote. The service I got from Spartan was excellent but I am left wondering how their price would have compared with other contractors.
The work was well done and the team who did the work were very pleasant. However, I was most disappointed in Quotatis because no other contractor was offered and therefore I never got the chance to compare prices. Spartan travelled a long distance to my job and I was left wondering if a local contractor would have been cheaper - but Qotatis did not give me that option as the contractor who came was available to undertake the work immediately.

Very happy with the aerial installation service that david from Spartan provided. He arrived at the agreed time and on ascertaining the job required set about installing my aerial with three feeds with much professionalism. No fuss, and no mess and he even checked we were getting all the freeview channels in each room. On request He safely secured the cable in the weans room as we have no tv in her room atm. Overall, a professional job, very happy. Would use again and definitely recommend without hesitation.

They phoned me came out next day put up new ariel,still a problem but he told me the wires across the roof were old and may need changed but see how long it would last next week the bad weather took its toll on the wire over the roof so called him again he came out next day and renewed all wires and put ariel in loft with all wires and no problems since so very happy with the service and the cost.
