Professional staff and nice products
Contacted me and arranged a home visit very quicky after requesting a quote. Very impressed with the home visit as spent time explaining in easy to understand terms how it all worked; was very knowledgable and gave supportive justifications for the quote; honest and open; and customer focused. There was no rush or pressure put on me. Very friendly and helpful.
Extremely professional. Nice, gentle emails, well written but not at all pushy. Meeting was if anything over informative but he was so keen to make sure I understood everything in order to make a decision based on knowledge. No pressure at any time other than mentioning the government's decision to stop the guaranteed period next March.

He was fantastic, and I enjoyed talking to him. He was very informative and gave me full confidence that the industry has changed from the wildwest out fits of 15yrs ago. That alone was worth his time, putting my fears and doubts to rest. Please note l don't like using the phone, and he made contact via email within 3hrs after trying my phone 14 times. This is my preferred form, we did 3 long emails, which was full of information and interesting. That alone proved he was a good man and cared about his industry and customer care. It was a very positive experience, and l will be continuing with a solar project in the future.

Very good - though we did not chpoose them seemed very professional.
Keith Wilis came and spent an hour and a half with us, he took measurements of the building went into the loft and checked it out measuring the roof trusses the pitch of the roof and also inspected the electricity supply etc to the building. He then took us through the system explaining the tariffs and what we could expect long term from solar, he then gave us four options as to the panels and also options for the inverter(s). After some consideration we decided to go with this firm, paid the deposit last Thursday the panels were fitted on Saturday and are now awaiting the final paperwork to start receiving the benefit of solar.
The work was carried out by a very professional team, one fitting the panels to the roof and the other the electrics. The first visit included a full survey of our property and we given a full explaination of various panels and the pros and cons of them. We made our decision and the job was done quickly and we are now registered with our power supplier.

After a literally very bumpy start (high wind, crumbling slates, rotten battons) they managed to pull the project through in time for the feedin tariff deadline. Very impressed by their commitment!

Possibly the most competent sounding but then missed opportunities to improve the roof space available and was pushing the most expensive solution with micro inverters for a straight-forward south facing 30 degree roof.
Appointment on time - Explained options well. Price appears competitive. Will probably go ahead.
